Green Light characteristics in “Learning to Lead”

Evelyn Clark’s ezine, Corporate Storytelling,  www.corpstory.com/blog, introduces Bennis and Goldsmith’s book, Learning to Lead: A Workbook on Becoming a Leader. It features four leadership characteristics – all Green, especially the last two:

- a polished skill in conveying optimism
- a talent for inspiring action to produce results
